Our participation in the Port of Chancay allows us to offer high-quality port services, supported by modern infrastructure and cutting-edge technology. This port, inaugurated in November 2024, has been developed in collaboration with strategic partners and represents a significant investment in the country’s port infrastructure.

Ricardo Nicolás Mallo Huergo has served as Chairman of the Board since May 2024. He has extensive expertise in the Oil & Gas sector, covering exploration, development, and production stages. He is a Director at Phoenix Global Resources Plc and Refinor and has previously held board positions at Ketsal S.A., Kilwer S.A., Integra Oil & Gas S.A.S., and Grecoil S.A., among other Argentine and international companies.
Additionally, he plays a key role in the energy sector, holding executive positions at Edenor, Argentina’s largest electricity distributor, and Andina PLC.
Mallo has been instrumental in Integra Recursos Naturales’ expansion, particularly in Integra Lithium and Integra Rare Earths, as well as in strategic projects like Potasio Río Colorado (PRC) in Malargüe, Mendoza, and the recent acquisition of Minera Aguilar, which has successfully resumed the production and export of silver, lead, and zinc.
He holds a Law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with honors from Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago, USA, in 1999.

He held the position of Vice President of Business Development at the mining company Sinchi Wayra (a former subsidiary of the Glencore Group) in La Paz, Bolivia, from 2015 to 2020, and was previously part of the trading team at Glencore’s offices in Baar, Switzerland.
He has been a Director of Perubar S.A. since March 2020.

(Hochshild Group), Química Suiza S.A., Corporación Andina de Distribución S.A. (Carsa), and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Montalvo is a Certified Public Accountant from the San Martin de Porres University and holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Business Administration from Centrum Business School. He also holds international certifications in Specialization in International Financial Reporting Standards from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – London) and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW – London), as well as a Diploma in Taxation Specialization from the University of Lima.
